Kering OTC Manager

- Lead and manage a team of approximately 25 employees with the support of assistant managers, organized by brand.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the team in a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure task allocation, performance monitoring, and adherence to deadlines.
- Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Implement, adjust, and optimize OTC procedures and objectives.
- Serve as the accounting reference for the OTC process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage KPIs and ensure adherence to SLAs, aligning with business needs and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain close collaboration with Group Houses, especially operational managers in stores, to ensure correct OTC process application.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline financial processes and align with the Group's strategic objectives.
- Participate in Group transformation projects as part of the defined roadmap.
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in team management, ideally within a shared services environment.
- Demonstrated experience in a financial role with expertise in accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in SAP and experience with transformation projects related to processes and information systems.
- Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
Several years of successful team management experience in a shared services environment, with confirmed expertise in accounts receivable.
Master's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
