Kering Order to Cash Manager

- Lead and manage a team of approximately 25 employees, supported by assistant managers, within the Order to Cash (OTC) process.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the team in a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure task allocation, performance tracking, and adherence to deadlines.
- Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Implement, adjust, and optimize OTC procedures and objectives.
- Serve as the accounting reference for internal teams and brand houses, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee KPIs and ensure adherence to SLAs, aligning with business needs and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain close collaboration with brand houses and store operational managers to ensure correct OTC process application.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline financial processes and align them with the Group's strategic objectives.
- Participate in Group transformation projects as part of the defined roadmap.
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in team management within a shared services environment.
- Expertise in accounts receivable and client accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP and experience with process and information system transformation projects.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
Several years of successful team management experience, ideally in a shared services environment, with confirmed expertise in financial functions and client accounting.
Master's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
