Kering Order to Cash Manager

- Lead and manage a team of approximately 25 employees, supported by assistant managers, across various Group brands.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the team within a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Ensure task allocation, performance monitoring, and adherence to deadlines.
- Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Implement, adjust, and optimize OTC procedures and objectives.
- Act as the accounting reference for the OTC process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage KPIs and ensure SLA compliance, aligning with business needs and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain close collaboration with Group brands, particularly operational managers in retail stores, to ensure correct OTC process application.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline financial processes and align with the Group's strategic objectives.
- Participate in Group transformation projects as part of the defined roadmap.
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in team management, ideally within a shared services environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in a financial role with a focus on accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in SAP and experience in leading transformation projects related to processes and information systems.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in financial software, particularly SAP.
- Ability to drive process improvements and manage change effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Several years of successful experience in team management within a shared services environment, with confirmed expertise in accounts receivable.
Master's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
