Kering Order to Cash Manager

In Europe, these activities are centralized at a state-of-the-art platform located in La Défense, Paris, encompassing functions such as Order to Cash (OTC), Purchase to Pay (PTP), Master Data Management (MDM), Record to Reporting (RTR), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

1. Lead and manage a team of approximately 25 employees, supported by assistant managers, organized by brand.
2. Supervise, train, and mentor the team within a collaborative, motivating, and high-performance work environment.
3. Ensure task allocation, performance tracking, and adherence to deadlines.
4. Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
5. Implement, adjust, and optimize OTC procedures and objectives.
6. Serve as the accounting reference for the OTC process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
7. Oversee KPIs and ensure adherence to SLAs, aligning with business needs and local regulatory requirements, and participate in monthly meetings with brands to present KPI developments.
8. Maintain close collaboration with Group brands, particularly operational managers in stores, to ensure correct OTC process application.
9. Collaborate with various stakeholders (Finance Transformation, Global Process Owners, local and regional teams) to streamline financial processes and align them with the Group's strategic objectives.
10. Participate in Group transformation projects as part of the defined roadmap.

1. Master's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.

1. Proven experience in team management, ideally within a Shared Services environment.
2. Confirmed experience in a financial role with expertise in accounts receivable.
3. Proficiency in SAP and experience in leading transformation projects related to processes and information systems.
4. Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.

Several years of successful experience in team management, preferably within a Shared Services environment, and confirmed expertise in accounts receivable.

Master's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
