Kering Online Project Assistant Intern

- Contribute to the optimization of processes related to the online destocking platform.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of the destocking platform.
- Assist in the production and coordination of sales events.
- Manage global reporting and performance analysis of sales solutions.
- Improve the management of employee databases within the current solution.
- Create and update internal documentation in English.
- Conduct functional testing of the online platform across all environments.
- Monitor and address issues using the Redmine collaborative tool in coordination with partners.
- Support the qualification of offers in collaboration with the Houses.
- Coordinate operational steps with internal supply chain teams.
- Facilitate communication and support across partner services including production, sales, logistics, and customer service.
- Handle direct inquiries from employees globally regarding platform usage and sales information.
- Manage invitations and inform employees about platform activities through internal communication tools.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's level education.
- Previous experience in project management or e-commerce/digital fields.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across various channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to propose optimizations for solutions and documentation.
- Autonomous, well-organized, and proactive nature.
A foundational experience in project management or within the e-commerce/digital sector is required.
Bachelor's degree or Master's level education.
