1. Enhance global reporting and analyses of the platform and sales performance.
2. Improve employee database management within the current solution.
3. Create and update internal documentation in English.
4. Perform functional testing of the online platform across all environments.
5. Monitor feature developments and ticket resolution in collaboration with partners.
6. Support the Maisons with elements required to qualify their offers.
7. Assist in tracking operational steps with internal supply chain teams.
8. Coordinate with partner services including production, sales, and logistics.
9. Manage direct employee requests and communication globally.
10. Inform employees about platform activities using internal communication tools.

1. Bachelor’s degree or first-year Master’s degree.
2. Initial experience in project management or e-commerce/digital environments.
3. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

1. Excellent writing and communication skills across various channels.
2. Proficiency in Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Proactive and able to propose improvements to solutions and documentation.
4. Autonomous, well-organized, and a fast learner.

Initial experience in project management or within e-commerce/digital environments is required.

Bachelor's degree or first-year Master's degree.
