- Enhance global reporting and analyses of the platform and sales performance.
- Improve employee database management within the current solution.
- Create and update internal documentation in English.
- Perform functional testing of the online platform across all environments.
- Monitor feature developments and ticket resolution in collaboration with partners.
- Support the Maisons with elements required to qualify their offers.
- Assist in tracking operational steps with internal supply chain teams.
- Coordinate with partner services including production, sales, and logistics.
- Manage direct employee requests and communication globally.
- Inform employees about platform activities using internal communication tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or first-year Master’s degree.
- Initial experience in project management or e-commerce/digital environments.
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
- Excellent writing and communication skills across various channels.
- Proficiency in Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive and able to propose improvements to solutions and documentation.
- Autonomous, well-organized, and a fast learner.
Initial experience in project management or within e-commerce/digital environments is required.
Bachelor's degree or first-year Master's degree.
