- Enhance global reporting and analyses of the platform and sales performance.
- Improve employee database management within the current solution.
- Create and/or update internal documentation in English.
- Perform functional testing of the site across all environments.
- Monitor feature developments and ticket resolution in the collaborative tool Notion.
- Support the Maisons with elements required to qualify their offer.
- Provide support in tracking each operational step with internal supply chain teams.
- Assist in coordinating all services of our partner, including production, sales, procurement, logistics, customer service, and accounting.
- Manage direct employee requests by email regarding registration, tool usage, and sales information.
- Manage invitations and inform employees about the platform’s activity via internal communication tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or first-year Master’s degree.
- Initial experience in project management and/or e-commerce/digital environments.
- Fluency in English, with Italian as a plus.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of main Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive and able to propose ideas for improving solutions and documentation.
- Autonomous, well-organized, and a fast learner.
