1. Ensure the regularity, quality, and timing of non-merchandising orders from collection through delivery using internal systems.
2. Review customer orders and production capacities to determine appropriate production schedules with brands.
3. Analyze non-merchandising flow status, addressing excess stock and slow-moving items through reports and forecasting.
4. Maintain day-to-day vendor relationships.
5. Coordinate with product teams to manage technical information for master data and catalog creation.
6. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to meet customer expectations.
7. Issue purchase orders and monitor supplier performance to coordinate production and delivery timing.

1. Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is advantageous.
2. Advanced computer skills, particularly with Windows platform, Excel, and AS400.
3. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
4. Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
