Kering Non Merchandise Purchasing Specialist

- Ensure the regularity, quality, and timing of non-merchandising orders from collection through delivery using internal systems.
- Review customer orders and production capacities to determine appropriate production schedules with brands.
- Analyze non-merchandising flow status, addressing excess stock and slow-moving items through reports and forecasting.
- Maintain day-to-day vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with product teams to manage technical information for master data and catalog creation.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to meet customer expectations.
- Issue purchase orders and monitor supplier performance to coordinate production and delivery timing.
- Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly with Windows platform, Excel, and AS400.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain management within a luxury or retail environment is preferred.
