- Ensure regularity, quality, and timing of non-merchandising orders from collection to delivery using internal systems.
- Review customer orders and production capacities to determine appropriate production quantities and priorities.
- Analyze non-merchandising flow status, manage excess stock and slow-moving items, and ensure appropriate stock levels.
- Handle day-to-day vendor relationships.
- Manage relationships with product teams for technical information and master data management.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to meet customer expectations.
- Issue purchase orders and monitor supplier performance to coordinate production and delivery timing.
- Proficient in English and Italian; French is a plus.
- Advanced computer skills, including strong knowledge of Windows and Excel; AS400 experience is a must.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and flexible.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
Experience in managing supplier relationships and coordinating production and delivery processes.
