Kering Network Project Delivery Lead

- Oversee the portfolio of network projects across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless transition to Business As Usual (BAU) activities.
- Collaborate with architects and technical experts to drive the evolution of network solutions and anticipate innovations.
- Supervise change management processes for network services, minimizing operational and business risks.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal clients, ensuring deployed solutions meet operational and business requirements.
- Monitor service quality, manage escalations, and collaborate with operations teams to resolve incidents promptly.
- Consolidate and analyze performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding service delivery, trends, and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate teams and participate in weekly meetings to align on current and upcoming projects.
- Travel within the EMEA region to support deployments and assess service quality.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably in the retail or luxury sector.
- Proven experience in SD-WAN project management and deployment, with a preference for Fortinet and/or Cisco Meraki solutions.
- Fluency in English and French; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Strong listening and synthesis skills to communicate technical subjects to a broad audience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proactive and service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
A minimum of 8 years in network project management, ideally within a dynamic retail or luxury environment.
