Kering Network Project Delivery Lead

1. Oversee the portfolio of network projects across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless transition to Business As Usual (BAU) activities.
2. Collaborate with architects and technical experts to drive the evolution of network solutions and anticipate innovations.
3. Supervise change management processes for network services, minimizing operational and business risks.
4. Serve as the primary contact for internal clients, ensuring deployed solutions meet operational and business requirements.
5. Monitor service quality, manage escalations, and collaborate with operations teams to resolve incidents promptly.
6. Consolidate and analyze performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
7. Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding service delivery, trends, and improvement initiatives.
8. Coordinate teams and participate in weekly meetings to align on current and upcoming projects.
9. Travel within the EMEA region to support deployments and assess service quality.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably in the retail or luxury sector.
2. Proven experience in SD-WAN project management and deployment, with a preference for Fortinet and/or Cisco Meraki solutions.

1. Fluency in English and French; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
2. Strong listening and synthesis skills to communicate technical subjects to a broad audience.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
4. Proactive and service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

A minimum of 8 years in network project management, ideally within a dynamic retail or luxury environment.
