Kering Network Project Delivery Lead EMEA

- Oversee the portfolio of network projects across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless transition to Business As Usual (BAU) activities.
- Collaborate with architects and technical specialists to drive the evolution of network solutions and anticipate innovations.
- Supervise change management processes to ensure minimal operational risk.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal clients, ensuring network solutions meet operational and business requirements.
- Monitor service quality, manage escalations, and resolve incidents promptly with local operational teams.
- Consolidate performance indicators and provide KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders regarding service delivery, performance trends, and improvement initiatives.
- Participate in weekly meetings and provide updates to ensure alignment across teams.
- Travel within the EMEA region to support deployments and assess service quality.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably in the retail or luxury sector.
- Proven experience in SD-WAN project management and deployment, with familiarity in Fortinet and Cisco Meraki solutions.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in French or Italian.
- Strong listening and synthesis skills, with the ability to communicate technical details to a broad audience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive and service-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 8 years in network project management, ideally within a dynamic retail or luxury environment.
