Kering Network Project Delivery Lead EMEA

- Oversee the portfolio of network projects across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless transition to Business As Usual (BAU) activities.
- Collaborate with architects and technical experts to drive the evolution of network solutions and anticipate innovations.
- Supervise change management processes to ensure network service changes are implemented with minimal operational risk.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal clients, ensuring deployed solutions meet operational and business requirements.
- Monitor service quality, manage escalations, and work with operations teams to resolve incidents promptly.
- Consolidate performance indicators, analyze KPIs, and implement continuous improvements in collaboration with Global Network Operations.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding service delivery, trends, and improvement areas.
- Coordinate teams and participate in weekly meetings to align on ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Travel within the EMEA region to support deployments and assess service quality.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably in the retail or luxury sector.
- Significant experience in SD-WAN project management and deployment, with knowledge of Fortinet and/or Cisco Meraki solutions.
- Professional proficiency in English and French, with Italian being an advantage.
- Excellent listening, synthesis, and communication skills for conveying technical subjects to diverse audiences.
- Strong relationship management and collaboration skills with technical, operational, and internal client teams.
- Proactive and service-oriented mindset focused on delivering high-quality project management and network services.
A minimum of 8 years in network project management, ideally within a dynamic retail or luxury environment.
