Kering Network Project Delivery Lead EMEA

- Oversee the portfolio of network projects in the EMEA region, ensuring seamless transition to Business As Usual (BAU) activities.
- Collaborate with technical experts to drive the evolution of network solutions and anticipate innovations.
- Supervise change management processes related to network services, minimizing operational risks.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal clients, ensuring network solutions meet operational and business requirements.
- Monitor service quality, manage escalations, and resolve incidents promptly with local operational teams.
- Consolidate performance indicators and analyze KPIs with the Global Network Operations team for continuous improvement.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding service delivery, trends, and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate teams and participate in weekly meetings to align on ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Travel within the EMEA region to support deployments and assess service quality.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing complex network projects, preferably in the retail or luxury sector.
- Proven experience with SD-WAN project management and deployment, particularly with Fortinet and/or Cisco Meraki solutions.
- Professional fluency in English and French is essential; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Excellent listening and synthesis skills to translate technical details for a broad audience.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with internal management and clients.
- Proactive and service-oriented mindset to deliver exceptional project management and network service quality.
A minimum of 8 years in network project management, ideally within the retail or luxury industry, with a focus on SD-WAN solutions.
