2. Manage change processes, including updates and upgrades of the platform.
3. Serve as the primary liaison with Omnissa support teams.
4. Ensure the continuity and reliability of the platform service.
5. Act as an escalation point for regional operational teams.
6. Certify applications for Apple and Android devices.
7. Coordinate with application and Apple technical teams.
8. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure platform security.
9. Manage the TeamViewer solution for remote access.

1. Fluency in English, essential for international collaboration.
2. Proven leadership skills, particularly in technical team management.
3. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in mobile solutions management.

1. Expertise in MDM/EMM solutions, specifically Omnissa Workspace One.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
