1. Update dashboards (POWER BI) to ensure accurate reporting of the technical team's activities.
2. Draft technical intervention procedures (electricity, plumbing, emergencies) to document all interventions and create a classification hierarchy through the technical department's SharePoint.
3. Update the annual technical schedule (regulatory and operational).
4. Develop a tool for monitoring internal stock management and technical supply orders to ensure order entry and supplier invoice tracking.
5. Implement energy activity reports for Kering's Parisian sites.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or higher, ideally in a field related to quality and performance optimization.

1. Proficient in both written and spoken communication in an intercultural environment.
2. Diplomatic yet assertive, with the ability to work discreetly on confidential matters.
3. Strong organizational skills with excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
4. Good listening skills, team spirit, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in IT tools (Excel, Project, Word, etc.).
6. Versatile and autonomous.

No prior experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn and integrate into a dynamic team is essential.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or higher.
