Kering Methods Coordinator Intern

- Update dashboards (POWER BI) to ensure accurate reporting of the technical team's activities.
- Draft technical intervention procedures (electricity, plumbing, emergencies) to document all interventions and create a classification hierarchy through the technical department's SharePoint.
- Update the annual technical schedule (regulatory and operational).
- Develop a tool for monitoring internal stock management and technical supply orders to ensure order entry and supplier invoice tracking.
- Implement energy activity reports for Kering's Parisian sites.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or higher, ideally in a field related to quality and performance optimization.
- Proficient in both written and spoken communication in an intercultural environment.
- Diplomatic yet assertive, with the ability to work discreetly on confidential matters.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Good listening skills, team spirit, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in IT tools (Excel, Project, Word, etc.).
- Versatile and autonomous.
No prior experience is required, but a strong willingness to learn and integrate into a dynamic team is essential.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or higher.
