Kering Master Data Specialist

- Manage the complete lifecycle of supplier and customer data, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and banking standards.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLA) with users.
- Create, enrich, and maintain high-quality customer and supplier data throughout their lifecycle.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing master data expertise.
- Drive continuous service improvement through project management and propose optimizations.
- Train and support users in understanding and adopting master data processes and tools.
- Provide effective user support for incident resolution.
- Ensure availability and accessibility of support materials such as procedures and training guides.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP as a plus.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to work autonomously, organized, and results-oriented.
- Project management skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in a third language such as Italian is an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with experience in master data management and ERP systems.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
