- Manage and monitor the Master Data scope for the EMEA region according to the defined action plan.
- Create and update client and supplier data throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with financial data standards.
- Participate in data migration projects, ensuring data consistency and harmonization.
- Monitor data quality, relevance, and security in SAP using tools such as Dun & Bradstreet, Onetrust, and Trustpair.
- Control interfaces and resolve anomalies related to missing data.
- Propose continuous improvements to maintain and optimize databases.
- Collaborate closely with Business Process Owners (BPO) in Finance to align with deployment projects, such as SAP.
- Verify compliance of requests (creation, modification, extension) by checking functional, legal, and banking data via MDM compliance tools like World-Check and Trustpair.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLA) with users and contribute to the evolution of internal procedures.
- Support users in understanding and adopting Master Data processes.
- Ensure availability and accessibility of support materials (procedures, training guides, etc.).
- Train key and end users on existing tools and processes.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data management, preferably in an international or shared services environment.
- Proficiency in an ERP system, ideally SAP, and ticketing tools.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand cross-functional issues and work in project mode.
- Analytical mindset, rigor, methodical approach, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in a third language, particularly Italian, is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years in data management, ideally within an international or shared services context.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
