Kering Master Data Management Specialist

- Manage changes to SAP master data, including vendor, customer, bank, bank accounts, GL accounts, and materials, as requested by the business.
- Oversee changes in Esker master data, including user creation, cost center maintenance, GL accounts, and approval workflow updates.
- Perform mass updates to master data as required.
- Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions.
- Collaborate with business units, process experts, and IT to resolve master data issues.
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data across systems.
- Safeguard confidential vendor information and documentation.
- Support the business with required procedures, submitting incidents and change requests when needed.
- Work with the global team and Director of Financial Systems to develop a process to maintain all master data up to date.
- Develop and execute an ongoing audit plan for master data.
- Prepare analysis and supporting documentation for both internal and external audits.
- Perform any other ad hoc activities as needed.
- Proven experience in master data management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of SAP and Esker systems.
- Proficiency in SAP and Esker systems.
- Excellent data management and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Candidates should have proven experience in master data management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
