1. Manage changes to SAP master data, including vendor, customer, bank, bank accounts, GL accounts, and materials, as requested by the business.
2. Oversee changes in Esker master data, including user creation, cost center maintenance, GL accounts, and approval workflow updates.
3. Perform mass updates to master data as required.
4. Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions.
5. Collaborate with business units, process experts, and IT to resolve master data issues.
6. Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data across systems.
7. Safeguard confidential vendor information and documentation.
8. Support the business with required procedures, submitting incidents and change requests when needed.
9. Work with the global team and Director of Financial Systems to develop a process to maintain all master data up to date.
10. Develop and execute an ongoing audit plan for master data.
11. Prepare analysis and supporting documentation for both internal and external audits.
12. Perform any other ad hoc activities as needed.

1. Proven experience in master data management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong understanding of SAP and Esker systems.

Candidates should have proven experience in master data management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
