1. Resolve service requests through the Internal Ticketing System.
2. Oversee Esker implementation for various brands across different countries, including configuration relevant to Master Data, approval workflow setup, and training.
3. Escalate complex technical issues to the Esker team or internal project team for resolution.
4. Assist the Assistant Manager with end-to-end master data management processes for FSSC and collaborate with regional FSSC counterparts.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Master Data compliance with internal control processes.
6. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and audit trail of Kering Group Master Data, supporting process efficiency and compliance.
7. Conduct periodic audits of master data to ensure quality and compliance.
8. Perform additional ad-hoc assignments as required.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

1. Proficiency in SAP AP/Master Data and Microsoft Excel.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
3. Strong analytical mindset and self-motivation.
4. Agility and inquisitiveness.
5. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
6. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in master data management or a related field.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
