Kering Master Data Analyst

- Resolve service requests through the Internal Ticketing System.
- Oversee Esker implementation for various brands across different countries, including configuration relevant to Master Data, approval workflow setup, and training.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the Esker team or internal project team for resolution.
- Assist the Assistant Manager with end-to-end master data management processes for FSSC and collaborate with regional FSSC counterparts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Master Data compliance with internal control processes.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and audit trail of Kering Group Master Data, supporting process efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct periodic audits of master data to ensure quality and compliance.
- Perform additional ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in SAP AP/Master Data and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset and self-motivation.
- Agility and inquisitiveness.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in master data management or a related field.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
