1. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, special projects, and in-mall activations, ensuring successful implementation and creating post-activity reports.
2. Propose innovative ideas for the annual marketing calendar, focusing on scope, timing, and budget.
3. Collaborate with relevant departments to monitor and maintain The Mall Sanremo's luxury brand image.
4. Support the annual planning of outdoor advertising, analyzing locations, and formulating agreements.
5. Manage and organize marketing invoices, contracts, and budget tracking.
6. Participate in the selection, negotiation, and management of external suppliers and partners to optimize the budget.
7. Work closely with the Customer Experience Manager on daily departmental operations and other marketing activities related to The Mall Luxury Outlets.
8. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on marketing activations.

1. University degree in Luxury Fashion/Marketing
2. Experience in marketing or events organization within a luxury environment
3. Strong interest in marketing, fashion, and design industries and trends
4. Fluency in Italian and English

1. Organizational skills with a genuine sense of luxury
2. Team player mentality with a desire to achieve common goals
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in marketing or events organization within a luxury environment is required.

University degree in Luxury Fashion/Marketing
