1. Support the Group's Ethics and Compliance Committees and organize the Group's ethical framework.
2. Participate in handling reports received via the Group's whistleblowing line, including analysis, investigation, and follow-up on action plans.
3. Manage the administrative aspects of the reporting platform, including license allocation and user assistance.
4. Prepare ethical reports and contribute to annual documentation such as reference documents and vigilance plans.
5. Assist in the preparation of meetings for the Group's Ethics and Compliance Committees.
6. Coordinate and animate the activities of regional Ethics and Compliance Committees in Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East.
7. Contribute to the Group's Code of Ethics updates and associated documentation.
8. Engage with rating agencies, investors, and banks on ethical matters.
9. Support team members on cross-functional projects and conduct regular legal monitoring on ethical issues.
10. Contribute to the compliance community's activities, including organizing 'Global Compliance Webinars.'

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international company or law firm.
2. Legal education, at least a Master's degree in Law, with strong knowledge in compliance, particularly anti-corruption and duty of care.

1. Analytical and synthesis skills with high attention to detail.
2. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data.
3. Strong prioritization skills and ability to handle multiple projects within deadlines.
4. Autonomous yet collaborative, with excellent networking skills.
5. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, with excellent writing skills in both languages. Italian is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar position within an international company or law firm.

Master's degree in Law or equivalent.
