Kering Legal Compliance Specialist

- Support the Group's Ethics and Compliance Committees and organize the Group's ethical framework.
- Participate in handling reports received via the Group's whistleblowing line, including analysis, investigation, and follow-up on action plans.
- Manage the administrative aspects of the reporting platform, including license allocation and user assistance.
- Prepare ethical reports and contribute to annual documentation such as reference documents and vigilance plans.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings for the Group's Ethics and Compliance Committees.
- Coordinate and animate the activities of regional Ethics and Compliance Committees in Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East.
- Contribute to the Group's Code of Ethics updates and associated documentation.
- Engage with rating agencies, investors, and banks on ethical matters.
- Support team members on cross-functional projects and conduct regular legal monitoring on ethical issues.
- Contribute to the compliance community's activities, including organizing 'Global Compliance Webinars.'
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international company or law firm.
- Legal education, at least a Master's degree in Law, with strong knowledge in compliance, particularly anti-corruption and duty of care.
- Analytical and synthesis skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to handle multiple projects within deadlines.
- Autonomous yet collaborative, with excellent networking skills.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, with excellent writing skills in both languages. Italian is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar position within an international company or law firm.
Master's degree in Law or equivalent.
