1. Manage logistics for workshops and programs
2. Draft the worldwide catalogue offer
3. Assist in the nominations process and manage nominations files
4. Contribute to the planning of L&D activities
5. Monitor budgeting and reporting
6. Enhance L&D visibility through internal communication
7. Create digital content

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or BTS in Human Resources, Program Management, or Events Communication and Management
2. Minimum of 6 months experience in an HR department or consultancy firm

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
2. Familiarity with digital tools such as Canva and Workday
3. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
4. Problem-solving capabilities
5. Curiosity and empathy
6. Self-motivation and autonomy

At least 6 months of experience in a Human Resources department or consultancy firm is required.

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or BTS, ideally in Human Resources, Program Management, or Events Communication and Management.
