- Manage logistics for workshops and programs
- Draft the worldwide catalogue offer
- Assist in the nominations process and manage nominations files
- Contribute to the planning of L&D activities
- Monitor budgeting and reporting
- Enhance L&D visibility through internal communication
- Create digital content
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or BTS in Human Resources, Program Management, or Events Communication and Management
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an HR department or consultancy firm
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Canva and Workday
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Curiosity and empathy
- Self-motivation and autonomy
At least 6 months of experience in a Human Resources department or consultancy firm is required.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or BTS, ideally in Human Resources, Program Management, or Events Communication and Management.
