1. Contribute to the implementation and management of learning initiatives within the Finance Academy.
2. Support the logistical organization of training events, including room bookings, managing enrolment requests, and coordinating with attendees.
3. Assist in the creation of a learning catalogue and development pathways for Finance teams.
4. Extract and analyze data for learning metrics and KPI monitoring.
5. Develop internal communication materials, such as videos and posts, to promote learning initiatives.
6. Manage training evaluation surveys to assess program effectiveness.

1. Master’s degree in Humanities or Economics.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proactive and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
4. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
5. Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in French is advantageous.

No specific prior experience required, but an interest in Learning and Development with a project management approach is essential.

Master’s degree in Humanities or Economics.
