Kering Learning & Development Intern

- Contribute to the implementation and management of learning initiatives within the Finance Academy.
- Support the logistical organization of training events, including room bookings, managing enrolment requests, and coordinating with attendees.
- Assist in the creation of a learning catalogue and development pathways for Finance teams.
- Extract and analyze data for learning metrics and KPI monitoring.
- Develop internal communication materials, such as videos and posts, to promote learning initiatives.
- Manage training evaluation surveys to assess program effectiveness.
- Master’s degree in Humanities or Economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in English and Italian; proficiency in French is advantageous.
No specific prior experience required, but an interest in Learning and Development with a project management approach is essential.
Master’s degree in Humanities or Economics.
