Kering Lead Cybersecurity Incident Response Analyst

- Lead the SOC and CSIRT teams in cybersecurity incident detection and response.
- Coordinate global CSIRT analysts and manage outsourced SOC activities.
- Enhance team maturity and continuously improve incident response capabilities.
- Oversee technical tools and processes, ensuring alignment with CISO and Head of CERT strategies.
- Manage daily alerts and incident responses, including real incidents and simulated exercises.
- Lead projects to strengthen CERT capabilities in supervision and incident response.
- Facilitate daily interactions with various IT teams within the group.
- Master's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in incident detection and response, preferably within a SOC, CSIRT, or CERT.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity concepts and tools such as EDR and SIEM.
- Experience with scripting technologies like PowerShell or Python.
- Strong analytical skills and methodological rigor.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
3 to 5 years of experience in incident detection and response, preferably within a SOC, CSIRT, or CERT.
Master's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity or related field.
