1. Lead the SOC and CSIRT teams in cybersecurity incident detection and response.
2. Coordinate global CSIRT analysts and manage outsourced SOC activities.
3. Enhance team maturity and continuously improve incident response capabilities.
4. Oversee technical tools and processes, ensuring alignment with CISO and Head of CERT strategies.
5. Manage daily alerts and incident responses, including real incidents and simulated exercises.
6. Lead projects to strengthen CERT capabilities in supervision and incident response.
7. Facilitate daily interactions with various IT teams within the group.

1. Master's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity or related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in incident detection and response, preferably within a SOC, CSIRT, or CERT.

1. Proficiency in cybersecurity concepts and tools such as EDR and SIEM.
2. Experience with scripting technologies like PowerShell or Python.
3. Strong analytical skills and methodological rigor.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

3 to 5 years of experience in incident detection and response, preferably within a SOC, CSIRT, or CERT.

Master's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity or related field.
