Kering Lead CERT Analyst

- Lead the team delivering SOC and CSIRT services within the Kering-CERT.
- Coordinate global CSIRT analysts and manage the outsourced hybrid SOC activities.
- Participate actively in incident response activities, including real incidents and simulated exercises such as pentests and red team operations.
- Oversee the evolution of technical tools (SIEM, EDR) and processes to ensure the team is equipped to meet future challenges.
- Manage projects to enhance CERT capabilities, focusing on supervision and incident response.
- Maintain daily interactions with various IT teams across the group.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in incident detection and response roles, ideally within a SOC, CSIRT, or CERT environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and tools (EDR, SIEM).
- Proficiency in scripting technologies such as PowerShell or Python.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly assimilate new skills and technologies.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in roles focused on incident detection and response, preferably within a SOC, CSIRT, or CERT environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
