1. Lead the team delivering SOC and CSIRT services within the Kering-CERT.
2. Coordinate global CSIRT analysts and manage the outsourced hybrid SOC activities.
3. Participate actively in incident response activities, including real incidents and simulated exercises such as pentests and red team operations.
4. Oversee the evolution of technical tools (SIEM, EDR) and processes to ensure the team is equipped to meet future challenges.
5. Manage projects to enhance CERT capabilities, focusing on supervision and incident response.
6. Maintain daily interactions with various IT teams across the group.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in incident detection and response roles, ideally within a SOC, CSIRT, or CERT environment.
3. Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.

1. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and tools (EDR, SIEM).
2. Proficiency in scripting technologies such as PowerShell or Python.
3. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Ability to quickly assimilate new skills and technologies.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years in roles focused on incident detection and response, preferably within a SOC, CSIRT, or CERT environment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
