1. Plan and prioritize catalogue items.
2. Test and validate items in the catalogue.
3. Review and retire outdated services and articles.
4. Create reports to track usage and feedback on catalogue and knowledge.
5. Review Service Level Agreements items.

1. Graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

1. Knowledge of User Experience (UX) designing activities and tools.
2. Strong listening and analytical skills.
3. Organizational proficiency with an analytical approach.
4. Cooperative and committed demeanor.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
6. Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.

No prior experience required, but relevant academic background is essential.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
