- Plan and prioritize catalogue items.
- Test and validate items in the catalogue.
- Review and retire outdated services and articles.
- Create reports to track usage and feedback on catalogue and knowledge.
- Review Service Level Agreements items.
- Graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of User Experience (UX) designing activities and tools.
- Strong listening and analytical skills.
- Organizational proficiency with an analytical approach.
- Cooperative and committed demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.
No prior experience required, but relevant academic background is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
