1. Support General Ledger accounting functions and assist in developing closing procedures.
2. Establish tasks and timetables for accurate journal entry creation and postings.
3. Review monthly journal entries to ensure proper recording of accounting transactions.
4. Record payroll, accrual, and other journal entries.
5. Code accounts for electronic accounting to comply with local tax authorities.
6. Support general activities of the Accounts Payable cycle, including data entry of invoices and weekly pay run processes.
7. Manage fixed assets, track existing assets, record depreciation, and account for acquisitions and dispositions.
8. Reconcile the fixed asset module to the general ledger monthly.
9. Perform reconciliation of capital expenditures (CAPEX).
10. Record cost of goods sold (COGS).
11. Control insurance and record amortizations.
12. Calculate intercompany services recharge and perform intercompany reconciliations.
13. Prepare year-end balance closing journal entries.
14. Upload financial data into Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) monthly.
15. Analyze sales and collection information for each brand.
16. Perform sales reconciliations and prepare tax files.
17. Review mismatch reports and checks in HFM at month-end.
18. Report profit and loss in corporate and store scenarios in HFM.
19. Utilize Navision for financial management tasks.

1. Degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 3+ years of relevant experience
3. Proficiency in English (80%)
4. Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations

A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on general ledger and financial reporting.
