Kering Junior Cash Manager

- Oversee daily cash management within a cash pooling environment, including bank statement integration, payment validation, and treasury balancing.
- Ensure the security of payment flows and manage payment campaigns, addressing anomalies and rejections.
- Monitor current accounts, including reconciliation and limit management, in collaboration with the Group's central entity.
- Manage bank account openings/closures, KYC processes, and updates to banking authorizations.
- Optimize processes and maintain procedures to promote best practices and compliance with internal controls, including task separation and fraud prevention.
- Maintain expertise in the Group's treasury tool, SAP.
- Conduct year-end processes, including KYC reviews, bank circularizations, and auditor responses.
- Prepare short-term daily cash forecasts and analyze actuals versus forecasts, implementing treasury reporting.
- Support the expansion of EUR cash pooling and the launch of multi-currency cash pooling.
- Redefine intra-group current account limits and establish regular monitoring.
- Assist in centralizing management of banking platforms and rationalizing bank accounts.
- Analyze and negotiate banking fees and conditions, implementing regular monitoring.
- Master's degree in Finance or Treasury, preferably from a business or engineering school.
- First experience in cash management, ideally within an international group, bank, or consulting/audit firm.
- Professional proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in treasury and IT tools (SAP, PowerBi, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong understanding of treasury fundamentals, particularly cash management.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Client-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Team player, open to working in an international and multicultural environment.
A minimum of one year of experience in a cash management department, preferably within an international context.
Master's degree in Finance or Treasury.
