1. Manage accounting warehouses master data and ensure accurate handling.
2. Control processes determining the average value of items.
3. Prepare and disseminate monthly warehouse movement and valuation reports.
4. Monitor logistics flows related to supplier and customer orders, allocations, and consignment goods.
5. Coordinate accounting warehouse data with physical inventory for cycle counts and year-end calculations.
6. Calculate annual warehouse performance KPIs and track discrepancies.
7. Supervise goods flow and transfer, documenting merchandise transactions.
8. Facilitate asset sales transactions between ICO and IPO companies in Trecate.
9. Collaborate with warehouse staff for operational management.
10. Analyze historical data and develop budgets and forecasts for inbound and stock on hand.
11. Verify consistency between Enterprise Resource Planning and Warehouse Management System data daily.

1. Academic background in economics or engineering fields.
2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a structured company.

1. Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
2. Proficiency in Office Suite; familiarity with the Stealth platform is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
4. Ability to meet deadlines and manage a high volume of tasks.
5. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 1 year in a similar inventory control role within a structured organization is required.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
