Kering Inventory Control Assistant

- Manage accounting warehouses master data and ensure accurate handling.
- Control processes determining the average value of items.
- Prepare and disseminate monthly warehouse movement and valuation reports.
- Monitor logistics flows related to supplier and customer orders, allocations, and consignment goods.
- Coordinate accounting warehouse data with physical inventory for cycle counts and year-end calculations.
- Calculate annual warehouse performance KPIs and track discrepancies.
- Supervise goods flow and transfer, documenting merchandise transactions.
- Facilitate asset sales transactions between ICO and IPO companies in Trecate.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff for operational management.
- Analyze historical data and develop budgets and forecasts for inbound and stock on hand.
- Verify consistency between Enterprise Resource Planning and Warehouse Management System data daily.
- Academic background in economics or engineering fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a structured company.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Office Suite; familiarity with the Stealth platform is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage a high volume of tasks.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 1 year in a similar inventory control role within a structured organization is required.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
