Kering International Tax Specialist

- Actively participate in the analysis and monitoring of the Group's consolidated accounts' current and deferred tax charges in accordance with IAS 12.
- Implement rules from Pillar 2 (GloBE / global minimum tax), evaluate financial and operational impacts, contribute to data collection and reliability, coordinate with subsidiaries and financial teams, and ensure documentary compliance.
- Provide advice and assistance on daily international tax issues to the Group's key contacts.
- Analyze tax aspects of cross-border operations, including financing, restructuring, and intra-group flows.
- Conduct international tax monitoring and evaluate the impact of legislative and regulatory changes.
- Participate in the preparation and follow-up of tax audits and litigation.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives of the tax function, such as digitalization and compliance process optimization.
- Ensure international tax compliance (DAC6, CBCR, public CBCR, etc.).
- Draft technical notes, review tax aspects of third-party contracts, prepare intra-group contracts, develop tax procedures, document positions, and secure Group practices.
- Manage tax aspects of certain Corporate entities abroad (evolving scope).
- Participate in cross-functional projects and processes in collaboration with the Global Tax Team.
- Advanced degree (Bac +5) in business law and taxation, ideally complemented by a dual degree from a business school.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within a company or law firm.
- Strong writing, analytical, and synthesis skills.
- Excellent command of English, essential for international context and regular interaction with local teams.
- Teamwork orientation, strong interpersonal skills, and meticulousness.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills, proactive and autonomous.
- Curiosity, creativity, and attention to detail.
3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within a company or law firm.
Advanced degree (Bac +5) in business law and taxation, ideally complemented by a dual degree from a business school.
