1. Assist the Group Tax Department on transfer pricing, customs, and indirect tax matters.
2. Contribute to the monitoring and implementation of transfer pricing policies across various countries.
3. Draft transfer pricing memos and documentation from a fiscal and economic perspective.
4. Support the team in managing tax audits and developing defense arguments.
5. Analyze financial data related to transfer pricing and conduct international tax research.
6. Conduct research on customs issues, including contentious procedures and free trade agreements.
7. Prepare detailed analysis memos and summaries for financial or accounting departments.
8. Assist in the preparation of customs audits and maintain legislative and case law monitoring.
9. Support the determination of VAT treatment for group transactions and assist on indirect tax matters.
10. Draft technical notes, memorandums, and presentations in English and French.
11. Review tax clauses in contracts and monitor formalities for identified tax issues.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Taxation or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of European and international taxation.

1. Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
2. Excellent writing skills and ability to analyze numerical data.
3. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
4. Attention to detail and sensitivity to brand image.
5. Proactive, autonomous, with good time management and prioritization skills.

No prior experience required, but a strong foundation in European and international taxation is essential.

Master's degree in Taxation or related field (in progress).
