Kering International Tax Intern

- Assist the Group Tax Department on transfer pricing, customs, and indirect tax matters.
- Contribute to the monitoring and implementation of transfer pricing policies across various countries.
- Draft transfer pricing memos and documentation from a fiscal and economic perspective.
- Support the team in managing tax audits and developing defense arguments.
- Analyze financial data related to transfer pricing and conduct international tax research.
- Conduct research on customs issues, including contentious procedures and free trade agreements.
- Prepare detailed analysis memos and summaries for financial or accounting departments.
- Assist in the preparation of customs audits and maintain legislative and case law monitoring.
- Support the determination of VAT treatment for group transactions and assist on indirect tax matters.
- Draft technical notes, memorandums, and presentations in English and French.
- Review tax clauses in contracts and monitor formalities for identified tax issues.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Taxation or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of European and international taxation.
- Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to analyze numerical data.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and sensitivity to brand image.
- Proactive, autonomous, with good time management and prioritization skills.
No prior experience required, but a strong foundation in European and international taxation is essential.
Master's degree in Taxation or related field (in progress).
