- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of transfer pricing policies across various countries.
- Draft transfer pricing documentation and memos from a fiscal and economic perspective.
- Support the team in managing tax audits and developing defense arguments.
- Analyze financial data related to transfer pricing.
- Conduct research and maintain a watch on international tax developments, including case law and tax treaties.
- Perform research on customs procedures, free trade agreements, and origin rules.
- Prepare detailed analysis memos and summaries for financial and accounting departments.
- Draft procedural documents for logistics or accounting departments.
- Assist in the preparation for customs audits and maintain legislative and case law watch.
- Support in determining applicable VAT treatments for the Group's transactions.
- Draft technical notes, memorandums, and presentations in English and French.
- Review tax clauses in contracts and monitor developments in tax formalities.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of European and international taxation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial data interpretation.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and sensitivity to brand image.
- Proactive and autonomous work ethic.
No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in international taxation and customs is essential.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in a relevant field.
