Kering Internal Control Intern

- Assist in managing and updating the internal control framework by supporting operational staff in implementing and adhering to policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of internal communications, training, and events aimed primarily at internal controllers and operational staff, including COMEX members, to raise awareness of internal control.
- Participate in the updating and dissemination of Group policies and procedures in collaboration with various functions within the Group.
- Assist in the preparation, administration, and analysis of self-assessment questionnaires sent to Kering Group entities and boutiques.
- Advanced degree (BAC+5) in a relevant field such as business, management, or engineering.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent adaptability and proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Previous experience in audit, management control, or internal control is advantageous.
Advanced degree (BAC+5) in business, management, or engineering.
