Kering Internal Communications Apprentice

- Collaborate with project teams and various Houses within the Kering Group to develop and implement internal communication campaigns, focusing on events, partnerships, and inclusion initiatives.
- Create and coordinate engaging content in partnership with freelancers and creative agencies, encompassing design, photography, video, print, and editorial materials.
- Enhance engagement on the Group's internal social media platform, Viva Engage by Microsoft, by monitoring campaign performance and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Support the organization of internal and external events, including executive seminars and employee gatherings, by managing logistics and developing communication materials.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and conduct research to support various initiatives.
- Assist in project and budget management for the Community Engagement team, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Communications or Business.
- Initial experience in communications.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and networking.
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling last-minute changes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and independent work ethic.
- Detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy.
Initial experience in communications is required.
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Communications or Business.
