1. Support the Americas Audit Manager in conducting both entity and store audits across operational and financial domains.
2. Execute audit activities and document findings in line with IIA Standards and Kering's Internal Audit methodology.
3. Assist in the preparation of audit reports summarizing work performed, findings, and recommendations.
4. Conduct follow-up reviews and remediation testing of action plans for identified deficiencies.
5. Participate in best practice reviews to evaluate the adequacy and efficiency of controls and suggest corrective actions.
6. Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff across all levels and Houses.
7. Assist in ad-hoc projects and administrative activities related to audits.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; a Master's degree or equivalent is advantageous.
2. 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the luxury or retail industry.
3. CPA or CIA certification is preferred.

5. Proficient in written and oral communication, with strong relationship-building abilities.
6. Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the luxury or retail industry.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; a Master's degree or equivalent is advantageous.

$85,000 - $90,000 per year plus incentives.
