Kering Internal Auditor

- Support the Americas Audit Manager in conducting both entity and store audits across operational and financial domains.
- Execute audit activities and document findings in line with IIA Standards and Kering's Internal Audit methodology.
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports summarizing work performed, findings, and recommendations.
- Conduct follow-up reviews and remediation testing of action plans for identified deficiencies.
- Participate in best practice reviews to evaluate the adequacy and efficiency of controls and suggest corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff across all levels and Houses.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and administrative activities related to audits.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; a Master's degree or equivalent is advantageous.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the luxury or retail industry.
- CPA or CIA certification is preferred.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Energetic and adaptable team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
- Proficient in written and oral communication, with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the luxury or retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; a Master's degree or equivalent is advantageous.
$85,000 - $90,000 per year plus incentives.
