1. Support the Americas Audit Manager in conducting audits, including both entity and store audits, covering operational and financial reviews.
2. Execute audit activities and document findings in compliance with IIA Standards and Kering's Internal Audit methodology.
3. Assist in the preparation of audit reports summarizing work performed, findings, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
4. Conduct follow-up reviews and remediation testing of action plans for identified financial and operational deficiencies.
5. Participate in best practice reviews to evaluate the adequacy and efficiency of controls, ensuring asset safeguarding and compliance with company policies.
6. Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff across all levels within the organization and associated brands.
7. Assist in ad-hoc projects and administrative activities related to audit preparation.
8. Perform additional related duties as assigned.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; a Master's degree or equivalent is advantageous.
2. 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the luxury or retail industry.
3. CPA or CIA certification preferred.

5. Proficient in written and oral communication, with strong relationship-building capabilities.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

2-4 years of work experience, preferably in the luxury or retail industry.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Master's degree preferred.

$85,000 - $90,000 per year plus incentives.
