1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal control framework aligned with Kering's standards and operational efficiency.
2. Oversee the execution of internal audit programs across the Americas, ensuring compliance with Kering and House requirements.
3. Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls.
4. Plan and execute risk-based financial and operational audits, ensuring robust controls are in place.
5. Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
6. Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and sanction laws, updating controls as regulations change.
7. Manage and mentor the Internal Control & Audit team, fostering professional development.
8. Collaborate with business process owners to identify risks and recommend controls.
9. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external auditors, facilitating communication and timely responses.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal control, auditing, or compliance within a multinational company.
2. CPA, CIA certification earned or in progress.
3. Demonstrated experience in team management and talent development.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
4. Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 40%-50%.
5. Capability to collaborate across geographical regions.

A minimum of 10 years in internal control, auditing, or compliance in a multinational company is required.

CPA, CIA certification earned or in progress.

$130,000 - $140,000 per year plus incentives.
