The Legal IP Team within Kering plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the intellectual property rights of its prestigious brands, ensuring their protection and compliance with legal standards worldwide.

1. Review and analyze online monitoring reports from external vendors and follow up as necessary.
2. Conduct in-house online monitoring for brand protection.
3. Maintain and update documents and records consistently.
4. Assist with product verification requests from enforcement authorities, including on-site travel.
5. Support the evidence collection process for prosecution cases under the supervision of the IP manager.
6. Keep criminal, civil, and administrative case spreadsheets updated.
7. Conduct ground surveys and investigations, both offline and online, under the supervision of the IP manager.
8. Prepare regular internal reports and any other reports as requested.
9. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the IP manager.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience; a law degree with a focus on IP is preferred.
2. Excellent organizational, presentation, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
3. Understanding of or willingness to learn about the intellectual property legal framework in South Korea.
4. Creative problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong client relations skills, capable of interacting with clients at all levels.
6. High level of commitment, motivation, and team orientation.
7. Fluency in Korean and excellent command of written and spoken English.
8. Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Experience in a similar role within a multinational company is preferred.
