Kering Intellectual Property Assistant

The Legal IP Team within Kering plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the intellectual property rights of its prestigious brands, ensuring their protection and compliance with legal standards worldwide.
- Review and analyze online monitoring reports from external vendors and follow up as necessary.
- Conduct in-house online monitoring for brand protection.
- Maintain and update documents and records consistently.
- Assist with product verification requests from enforcement authorities, including on-site travel.
- Support the evidence collection process for prosecution cases under the supervision of the IP manager.
- Keep criminal, civil, and administrative case spreadsheets updated.
- Conduct ground surveys and investigations, both offline and online, under the supervision of the IP manager.
- Prepare regular internal reports and any other reports as requested.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the IP manager.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience; a law degree with a focus on IP is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of or willingness to learn about the intellectual property legal framework in South Korea.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong client relations skills, capable of interacting with clients at all levels.
- High level of commitment, motivation, and team orientation.
- Fluency in Korean and excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in a similar role within a multinational company is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in law or related field preferred.
