Kering Insurance Manager

- Guide the identification and evaluation of insurable risks for the Group's brands, incorporating past incident feedback and emerging risk trends.
- Develop risk financing strategies and manage insurance program placements in collaboration with the Group's insurance brokers.
- Negotiate optimal insurance terms with brokers and market insurers.
- Ensure the implementation, international deployment, and ongoing management of insurance programs, including billing, contract issuance, payments, and certificate acquisition.
- Provide technical support to brands on insurance-related inquiries, particularly in drafting insurance and liability clauses in contracts.
- Monitor all claims, contribute to resolving complex claims, and produce biannual summaries highlighting trends and improvement proposals.
- Update the Risk Management Information System (RMIS) and lead internal projects to automate insurance value collection, reporting, and billing tracking.
- Foster the insurance community within the brands and maintain a broad network with insurance market professionals.
- Master's degree in Law, Insurance, or a business/engineering school diploma.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience with an insurance broker or in an international group's insurance department.
- Extensive knowledge of property and casualty insurance, with a strong preference for expertise in civil liability.
- Strong client service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, rigor, and perseverance.
- Curiosity and a passion for teamwork.
- Ability to lead and execute multidisciplinary projects.
- Interest in information systems, data exploitation, and artificial intelligence.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is a significant advantage.
5 to 10 years of experience in insurance brokerage or within an international group's insurance department.
Master's degree in Law, Insurance, or a related field.
