Kering Institutional Affairs Manager

- Prepare briefing documents and draft summary notes for the presidency, general management, or executive committee members on international political and economic issues of interest to the Group.
- Monitor and track regulatory developments, particularly within French, Italian, and European frameworks, focusing on sustainability topics impacting the Group's activities.
- Represent and advocate for the Group's interests with institutional stakeholders, primarily within professional organizations and associations of which it is a member.
- Propose and develop partnerships managed by the Institutional Affairs Department.
- Master's degree from a political studies institute, École Normale Supérieure, business school, or equivalent university.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in institutional affairs, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Strong written communication skills in French and English (Italian proficiency is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a rigorous, autonomous work ethic and a strong general culture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
At least 5 years in institutional affairs, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.
Master's degree in political studies, management, or equivalent.
