Kering Innovation Lab Intern

- Promote and disseminate the Kering Imagination Lab culture internally.
- Contribute to the communication tools of the Kering Imagination Lab and enhance them.
- Measure and analyze the impact of each Lab session through metrics like NPS.
- Identify internal contributors for Lab participation and engage with external ecosystem events.
- Coordinate and manage innovative projects and events within the Kering Imagination Lab.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and ensure participant satisfaction.
- Prepare and diversify communication materials for the innovation team.
- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions within the innovation team.
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- Previous internship experience in strategy/consulting, innovation, communication, or startups.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong command of communication tools.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Creative potential and strong interest in innovation and digital domains.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Interpersonal skills: teamwork, creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in standard office and collaborative tools.
- Strong interest in innovation and the startup ecosystem.
Previous internship experience in strategy/consulting, innovation, communication, or startups is required.
Master's degree or equivalent.
