1. Collaborate with the Cybersecurity GRC Head to develop an IT security controls framework.
2. Work with IT and engineering teams to implement and automate security controls.
3. Identify and address control gaps in collaboration with technology and business teams.
4. Maintain a risk register and oversee remediation of operational risks.
5. Coordinate with external auditors and internal control owners for control testing.
6. Develop processes to track and report on security issues, acting as a risk liaison.
7. Manage third-party security assessments and streamline related processes.
8. Support security certification and alignment with industry standards such as CIS Controls, PCI DSS, and ISO27001.
9. Oversee consultants to support cybersecurity activities.

1. Master's degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
2. Security certifications such as CISSP, ISO 2700X, C-RISC, CISM, or equivalent skills.

1. Strong knowledge of technical control frameworks (NIST, CIS).
2. Proficiency in Cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and secure configurations.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work independently in a complex environment.
5. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 5 years in information security, with at least 3 years in technical testing, compliance, or security engineering.

Master's degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
