Kering Information Security Assurance Officer

- Collaborate with the Cybersecurity GRC Head to develop an IT security controls framework.
- Work with IT and engineering teams to implement and automate security controls.
- Identify and address control gaps in collaboration with technology and business teams.
- Maintain a risk register and oversee remediation of operational risks.
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal control owners for control testing.
- Develop processes to track and report on security issues, acting as a risk liaison.
- Manage third-party security assessments and streamline related processes.
- Support security certification and alignment with industry standards such as CIS Controls, PCI DSS, and ISO27001.
- Oversee consultants to support cybersecurity activities.
- Master's degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, ISO 2700X, C-RISC, CISM, or equivalent skills.
- Strong knowledge of technical control frameworks (NIST, CIS).
- Proficiency in Cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and secure configurations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a complex environment.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 5 years in information security, with at least 3 years in technical testing, compliance, or security engineering.
Master's degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
