Kering Industrial Procure to Pay Accountant

1. Manage invoice and payment approvals.
2. Record and issue invoices, including cost evaluation.
3. Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting books and mandatory records, including tax document verification and filing (Intrastat).
4. Manage inter-company reconciliations.
5. Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as required by management.
6. Collaborate with the controlling department to support monthly reporting and budget/forecast activities.

1. High school diploma; a university degree in economics is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in national and international accounting standards (IFRS).

1. Detail-oriented with a proactive and analytical approach.
2. Ability to meet challenging deadlines and manage a high volume of tasks.
3. Effective team player with excellent communication skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of AS400, JD Edwards, and/or SAP is a plus.
5. Fluent in Italian with a good command of English.

Relevant experience in accounting or finance, particularly within a corporate setting, is required.

High school diploma; a university degree in economics is advantageous.
