1. Identify and prepare desalted production batches.
2. Digitally scan hides for processing.
3. Operate the fleshing machine to remove fat and flesh residues.
4. Rehydrate hides and prepare them for further processing.
5. Operate and adjust the wringing machine for optimal results.
6. Unload and position hides on supports for workstation processing.
7. Adjust hide thickness according to the final product requirements.
8. Inspect hides for conformity and rectify any irregularities.
9. Measure hide thickness using precision tools.
10. Maintain and calibrate machinery daily.

No prior experience required; training will be provided.
