Kering Indirect Procurement Manager

- Manage sourcing and commercial activities for indirect categories in Japan, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction across all Kering brands.
- Initiate strategic sourcing plans and collaborate with brand stakeholders to overcome challenges and ensure timely implementation of initiatives.
- Support local, regional, and global stakeholders in achieving objectives and implementing functional strategies.
- Lead commercial negotiations and project implementations for major CAPEX expenditures in Japan and Korea.
- Develop and maintain industry and market knowledge, acting as an expert advisor to Kering brand stakeholders.
- Coordinate and oversee regional spending in indirect procurement projects, promoting best practices.
- Manage supplier quality and risk, driving vendor performance through continuous optimization efforts.
- Lead procurement projects in partnership with Kering Japan brand stakeholders, focusing on cost-saving, process optimization, and innovation.
- Prepare and manage the budget for indirect procurement activities, reporting on projects and performance with quantitative and qualitative outcomes.
- Ensure effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding procurement projects and agreements.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management within the Japanese market.
- Experience in planning, executing, and managing OPEX and CAPEX tenders.
- Experience working in a global organization.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Japanese and business-level English.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Good management and leadership abilities.
- Proactive decision-making capability.
A minimum of 5 years in a multi-entity or cross-functional procurement environment, particularly within the Japanese market.
Bachelor’s degree
