- Support the procurement process by assisting the buyer in managing procurement initiatives and tasks.
- Assist in managing tenders by preparing necessary documents, analyzing responses, and aiding in supplier selection.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve procurement processes.
- Contribute to the maintenance and completeness of supplier databases, reporting, and research of potential new partners.
- Participate in implementing sustainable development initiatives by identifying and promoting responsible and sustainable procurement practices.
- Currently pursuing a Bac +5 degree in Engineering or Business School with a specialization in Procurement.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
