1. Support the procurement process by assisting buyers in managing purchasing procedures and key tasks.
2. Aid in the management of tender processes, including preparing necessary documents, analyzing responses, and assisting in supplier selection.
3. Collect and analyze procurement data to identify cost reduction opportunities and enhance purchasing processes.
4. Contribute to the maintenance and completeness of supplier databases, including reporting and identifying potential new partners.
5. Participate in the implementation of sustainable development initiatives by identifying and promoting responsible and sustainable purchasing practices.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or Business School with a specialization in Procurement.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.

No prior experience required, but a focus on procurement in academic studies is preferred.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or Business School.
