Kering Inclusion & Diversity Support Officer

- Assist in the implementation of the Inclusion and Diversity Roadmap across regions.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to align with the Inclusion and Diversity strategy.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and user-friendly Excel documents.
- Proofread and adjust various documents including guides, presentations, and training materials.
- Support the organization of meetings, webinars, and events.
- Contribute to the creation of internal and external communication content.
- Basic knowledge of project management with the ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple deliverables.
- Fluency in English, with French or Italian skills considered an asset.
- Interest in inclusion and diversity topics.
- Proficiency in creating engaging presentations in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to analyze basic data using Excel functions such as Pivot and VLOOKUP.
- Strong communication skills to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Digital savviness is advantageous.
No prior experience required, though familiarity with project management and data analysis is beneficial.
Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or recently graduated.
