- Support the Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) and Employee Engagement teams in executing the operational aspects of the I&D roadmap.
- Assist with internal communication needs, including creating presentations, invitations, and online content.
- Aid in organizing internal events, such as conferences and training sessions, both online and in-person.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on I&D topics.
- Propose and develop awareness campaigns related to I&D themes.
- Contribute ideas and communication materials for annual internal events like International Women’s Day and International Disability Day.
- Engage with key stakeholders to enhance understanding of I&D initiatives.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Management, Political Science, or Communication is preferred.
- Fluency in English and French with excellent written and oral communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
- Experience in project management is beneficial.
- Interest in inclusion and diversity is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Strong independent and team-working capabilities.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
- Creativity, initiative, dynamism, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in project management and a keen interest in inclusion and diversity are considered assets.
Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
