1. Support the Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) and Employee Engagement teams in executing the operational aspects of the I&D roadmap.
2. Assist with internal communication needs, including creating presentations, invitations, and online content.
3. Aid in organizing internal events, such as conferences and training sessions, both online and in-person.
4. Conduct research and benchmarking on I&D topics.
5. Propose and develop awareness campaigns related to I&D themes.
6. Contribute ideas and communication materials for annual internal events like International Women’s Day and International Disability Day.
7. Engage with key stakeholders to enhance understanding of I&D initiatives.

1. Master’s degree or equivalent in Management, Political Science, or Communication is preferred.
2. Fluency in English and French with excellent written and oral communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Experience in project management is beneficial.
4. Interest in inclusion and diversity is desirable.
