1. Assist in the operational implementation of Inclusion & Diversity and Employee Engagement roadmaps.
2. Develop and execute internal communication materials such as presentations, invitations, and online content.
3. Organize internal events including conferences, awareness campaigns, and training sessions.
4. Conduct research and benchmarking on Inclusion & Diversity topics.
5. Propose and support awareness campaigns on key Inclusion & Diversity themes.
6. Coordinate and support community dialogue events.
7. Contribute creative ideas for internal milestones such as International Women’s Day and Pride Month.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.
9. Participate in project management and logistical coordination.
10. Support the implementation of the Group’s Quality of Work Life strategy.

1. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Management, Political Science, Communication, or a related field.
2. Fluent in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Previous experience in project management is beneficial.
4. Strong interest in inclusion, equity, and diversity.

2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Creative, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Previous experience in project management is an asset.

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
