Kering Inclusion and Diversity Intern

- Assist in the operational implementation of Inclusion & Diversity and Employee Engagement roadmaps.
- Develop and execute internal communication materials such as presentations, invitations, and online content.
- Organize internal events including conferences, awareness campaigns, and training sessions.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on Inclusion & Diversity topics.
- Propose and support awareness campaigns on key Inclusion & Diversity themes.
- Coordinate and support community dialogue events.
- Contribute creative ideas for internal milestones such as International Women’s Day and Pride Month.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.
- Participate in project management and logistical coordination.
- Support the implementation of the Group’s Quality of Work Life strategy.
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Management, Political Science, Communication, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.
- Previous experience in project management is beneficial.
- Strong interest in inclusion, equity, and diversity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in project management is an asset.
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
