- Develop a social performance methodology and manage social data on topics such as human rights, living wages, and gender equality.
- Guide Kering Houses in defining their social sustainability strategies beyond risk management.
- Contribute to the development and updating of Kering's social responsibility and human rights policies, standards, and commitments.
- Draft responses to social and human rights-related questionnaires from rating agencies.
- Collaborate with the social audit team to integrate relevant data into the Group's universal registration document and various ratings/rankings.
- Incorporate a human rights perspective into internal tools.
- Monitor current and emerging regulations on social responsibility, human rights, responsible sourcing, and supply chain, including due diligence and transparency requirements.
- Support the implementation of the CSRD (ESRS 2, 3 & 4).
- Master's degree in law, political science, international relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in human rights and sustainability.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel for advanced data analysis; familiarity with Power Bi is beneficial.
- Strong synthesis and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with reliability, rigor, and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a diplomatic and collaborative approach.
A minimum of three years of progressively responsible work experience in human rights and sustainability.
Master's degree in law, political science, international relations, or a related discipline.
