- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to retail leadership, aligning HR policies with business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with store leadership, enhancing employee engagement and retention.
- Utilize HR data and analytics for workforce planning and performance insights.
- Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to implement company-wide initiatives.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for key retail positions, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Oversee onboarding and new hire integration, facilitating a structured and engaging process.
- Conduct training sessions to support career development and leadership growth.
- Address employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian labor laws across all retail locations.
- Drive a culture of engagement and inclusivity, aligning with brand values.
- Lead the annual performance review process, coaching managers on feedback and development.
- Collaborate with the HR Compensation team to ensure competitive compensation strategies.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and leave of absence policies, ensuring compliance and employee support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or luxury environments.
- Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to build trust with senior leadership and serve as a strategic business partner.
- Comfortable working in an international and cross-cultural environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong facilitation, influencing, coaching, and counseling abilities.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms; experience with Dayforce or Workday is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives.
- Experience with change management methodologies.
6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or luxury environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Base salary of $125,000-$135,000 per year.
